Home Decorating Service
Full room design plan, semi-fixed rate

Transforming your home into an enjoyable living space should be an exciting and fun exercise.
The reality, however, is that for many of our customers, home decorating is a headache filled with uncertain choices that lead to costly mistakes. Let us help you prevent this with a custom room design planned especially for your space. Feel confident chosing your furniture and decor.
How it works:
With years of decorating experience to draw on, we’ve mastered the home decorating process. We’ve worked hard to create a smooth enjoyable experience for our clients so they can secure a room design they are excited to enjoy for years.
Prior to product selection, we collaborate with you to create your design through digital imagery and skillful, fully-scaled planning. With access to our creative eye and expert knowledge, you’ll be advised on how to avoid costly mistakes. Plus, we’ll maximize your budget by passing our exclusive designer-only discounted buying perks directly over to you.
Start with a few pieces or nothing at all.
General process
1. Our unique questionnaire gives us your design preferences. Next, we meet at your project location to take photographs and measurements and, discuss your design.
2. Next, we translate this information into a fully scaled floor plan with 3D images so you can visualize the intended layout of your new room design.
3. Furniture and decor details are provided along with visuals for you to use as a reference tool for sourcing your design pieces.
4. (Additional) Have us oversee your product choices or choose them for you.
5. With reference to your floorplan and 3D images you assemble your design as your pieces arrive.
6. (Additional) Have us implement your design with the help of our exclusive tradespeople.
$1000 per room + $125/hr shopping and implementation time as required
Walk-Through

Need help with finishing touches?
Decorating dilemmas can often prevent you from completing a beautiful room design.
This is a common theme for most decorating lovers. We can help by following you through your home, offering our experienced decorating advice on how to finish your design projects. Help with finish selections for renovation projects also available.
How it works:
We meet you at one of our preferred retail facilities for on-the-spot product selection with budget-saving designer discounts
OR
We walk through your home with you, room by room solving the small decorating dilemmas that stop you from finishing your designs. We collaborate with you as we go to come up with decorating ideas that work well for your circumstances. Considering function, harmony, scale, and budget, we work through as many decorating dilemmas as required on the day. Our thinking is flexible to help you in the best way possible. One hour minimum is required for consultation. Multiple visits are advised when consultation extends beyond 3 hrs.
We advise our clients to take notes throughout their consultation to maximize the benefits of our expert advice.

1. Choosing finishes for renovations such as tile, counter surfaces, paint colors, color scheme, carpet, etc.
2. Where to hang wall art

QUESTIONNAIRE
To start our design process, we send you a client questionnaire to gather information about your project requirements, your design goals and personal style preferences.
DESIGN PREP
Then we meet at the project location to discuss your ideas, gather inspiration images, measurements and photographs of your space.
DESIGN
After that, we create design plans and review these together until your design is just right.
ORDERS
We place your designer only orders. Clients place their retail orders at their leisure.
IMPLEMENT
Lastly, we coördinate the implementation of your design.
